Spike-based Braitenberg Vehicle Controller

This demo illustrates the use of integrate-and-fire neurons to implement Braitenberg's "aggressive" (crossed-excitation) wiring pattern. You can click and drag the light source to move it around. When the light is closer to the left sensor, the right wheel will turn faster (and vice-versa). This controller would cause the vehicle to turn toward the light source and speed up as it gets closer.
