Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades can boost the power of a piece of gear and sometimes even its extras. The value of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements and the number of random augmentations used.

The racial Shield elite Razortail For instance, it is frequently upgraded to enhance its lightning absorption function in PvP or provide additional defenses to missile-based builds in the PvM. This makes it more tradeable over the unupgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens allow you to reroll an acquired item, such as an armor, weapon, or ring. This allows you to swap the item for another similar one and comes with a different set of extra bonuses. Reroll tokens are a cost-effective method of upgrading gear. They don't keep the original level of the item and any wasted resources won't get compensated.

The survivors can acquire reroll tokens through several means such as the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can be located in crates and chests, or purchased from the store at a cost of 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter an attribute of an item for example, increasing its damage or granting it a new stat.

Players can roll equipment with three attributes, physical power, spell power and health. Physical power upgrades increase the damage caused by weapons and melee attacks while spell power upgrades mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades give the player an additional level of health.

Three types of rerolls tokens are available in three categories: upgrade, rare and legendary. Each upgrade takes an item to a higher quality, with the requirement of an upgraded reroll token in order to make it. Upgrades that are enhanced require a standard item, rare upgrades require a special or legendary item and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.

The marker for rerolling, unlike special tokens or markers placed on action spaces, stays on the spot until the next Success is rerolled. This helps to prevent the waste of upgrades.

Blueprints appear as envelopes at the beginning of each Preparation Phase and can be opened by grabbing them with Interact. When they are opened, they will display an image and description of the appliance or ingredient. The restaurant's shop can swap blueprints for a new appliance or ingredient for an amount of money.

As a result, you can move blueprints between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool during a run. This alters the blueprints the restaurant's shop offers for rerolls and those that are in the Non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to upgrade weapons, armor and accessories. These are special stones that increase the value of an item by improving its stats or characteristics. Players can locate these items by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the main towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a price. Moreover, players can obtain these stones by signing daily contracts.

To upgrade their gear players must first identify the appropriate item, and then click on the "level up" button. The menu will appear showing the item's current level and what it will be when being leveled up, along with the required amount of Growth Stones to achieve this. The number of Growth Stones needed to upgrade the item is determined by its rarity. Rare (blue) rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor requires only one Growth Stone.

After deciding on the item to upgrade, the player must select the number of Growth Stones that they want to use and pay the cost. After upgrade item has met the requirements, he can click the upgrade button and apply the Growth Stones. This will raise the item's level by a specific percentage. Depending on the item's rarity, the upgrade process can take anywhere from seconds to minutes.

The upgrade process is also risk-free and doesn't affect the item's durability. This makes the system an excellent way for players to get an advantage in battle without straining their bank accounts. By clicking on the "transfer tab" players can transfer the experience and progression of an upgraded item to an entirely new piece of equipment.

The process of acquiring Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty is a daunting task for novice players. However, there are numerous methods to obtain these stones, such as contract completion and purchasing them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, obtaining them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or getting them from the reward chests that are available during the Ancient Arena season. Players can also break down higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.

Leveling

Leveling is a feature that lets players boost the stats of their weapons, armor, helms, and trinkets. It's done by the combination of an item with upgrades at the Upgrade Station, paying a fee of Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The process will consume upgrade materials and grant the item a higher level, granting the item a boost in that particular area. This process continues until the item reaches its maximum level.

Items with upgraded stats will be displayed as a blue icon next to their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments, cannot be applied to more than one item at a time. Furthermore, each upgrade component will require a particular quantity of items to be added and an appropriate level for the equipment.

The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can place an item to be upgraded. On the right, a preview shows what the gear will look like at its next level. When a player has enough materials and has pressed the yellow arrow will begin the upgrade process.

An item of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Each time the item is upgraded, its base stats will be increased by a small percentage. The highest level for an item is 19.

Once an item reaches the highest level, upgrades are no longer available for it. Once a piece of equipment attains a certain upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer) upgrades for the track will be offered at a discount.

Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that can be put into weapons, armor, trinkets, and gathering tools to provide an attribute bonus or extra effect when the equipment is in use. They can be purchased from vendors, looted or obtained by completing quests, or traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced by acquiring new ones. However, this will ruin the previous upgrade.

Requirements

The upgrades to items allow players the ability to boost certain stats on weapons and armor they currently have equipped. The requirements to upgrade an item vary depending on the kind of item however, generally you'll require Dilithium as well as a few Upgrade Tokens (various options available).

The items can be upgraded by adding item upgrade components to equipment and weapons. This will give them extra effects or an increased quality of the item. These upgrades can be obtained from a variety of sources within the game, such as crafting, purchased at the Trading Post or karma vendors or looted from bosses or raids, or collected from dungeons. Once an upgrade component has been added to an object it isn't able to be removed or replaced. However the glyphs can be swapped freely.

Upgrades can boost the Mark Level or Rarity. Some upgrade components also have additional modifiers that can boost the item's stats.

The helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" For instance, increases defense base and provides an additional 20% chance to block. The dps "Wildfire" however increases damage to weapons.

Certain items benefit from upgrading not so much for their improved stats, but because it allows players to gain the maximum amount of value out of a perfect roll on the item. For instance, a flawlessly rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly valued in the melee PvP community and can be worth 20-50x more than the non-upp'd version.

If you choose an upgrade component to slot into an item the game will display a pop-up window that shows the necessary requirements. These include the item type (either weapon or armor) the tier of that item and the upgrade Token needed, and the amount of progress needed to complete the upgrade.

The game will add an item in your inventory when you have met the requirements for an upgrade. The progress bar will then update to show you how close you are to getting the upgrade completed. You can also check the status of an upgrade by visiting any upgrader NPC for the item you want to upgrade.
