Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos

The majority of robot vacuum-mop combinations can be customized with an application that allows you to save maps of your home, set cleaning schedules and choose mopping modes. You can also adjust the suction power, as well as how much water your mop uses.

A mapping feature aids your robot navigate through rooms while an obstacle avoidance feature prevents it from running into furniture, wires or stray pet toys. These are essential features to have in my house, filled with toys that are scattered about.

1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra

The Roborock S8 Pro Ultra is the flagship mop and vacuum, which is why it naturally comes with features. It can mop and sweep simultaneously, and even lift its mop pads or brushes so that soft surfaces don't get wet. It also has the ability to see and avoid obstacles, thanks to the ability to recognize pet toys plants, a variety of small objects.

The maximum suction power is 6 000 pascals. This is the highest power of any vacuum we've test so far. It's also equipped with PreciSense LiDAR navigation, which tracks its location, which prevents it from getting stuck on objects.

Its mopping functionality is also impressive and the S8 Pro Ultra able to apply a constant pressure of more than 6 Newtons to the mop pad to provide an intense clean. It also has an automatic mop lifting system, which lifts the pad when it goes from tile to laminate or hardwood to carpet and rugs, thereby avoiding soaking these types of soft surfaces.

The S8 Pro Ultra also has self-washing and self-drying capabilities. The pad can be rinsed and heat-dried within the dock, and the dust bin is automatically empty and returned to it. This means you can put it away and forget about it, and only need to clean the dust bag and refill the water tank every now and then.

auto vacuum of this is powered by a lithium-ion 5,200mAh battery. The S8 Pro Ultra ran on its standard mop- and vac-settings for around 160 minutes before it began to lose power, and then returned to its base to recharge. This isn't too far off of the 180-minute time that Roborock claims and is comparable with other hybrids that I've tested.

It's a robust, well-rounded product. The only issue is that it's pricey. But, the sheer number of features makes it a very appealing alternative for anyone who wishes to go away from their old stick vacuums and mop. We highly recommend this model for those who can afford its price.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra is a premium robot vacuum and mop combination. Its price is justified by its powerful feature set, which includes an impressive vacuuming capacity as well as two gyrating mops. It also comes with an app-enabled smart controller and powerful obstacle-avoidance technology.

The L10S Ultra has a retail price of 999 euros, which is among the highest robotic vacuum and mop combos available. In my tests, it performed admirably throughout the home. It was able to eliminate 98.4 percent of debris from all kinds of floors and was able to lift hair that was long without getting caught up in. The mops were also great, achieving great cleaning results with less effort than most mid-range models due to their rotational motion as well as a strong dose of cleaning solution.

The L10S Ultra's most significant selling point is its innovative multi-functional docking station. The dock emptys its dust bin into a dirt bag, refills its water tank to enable the mopping function and even dries its mop pads for you. It also features a real-time safety detection system and allows you to schedule regular cleaning sessions using its intelligent controls.

Contrary to the other hybrid mops that I tried and compared, the L10S Ultra doesn't offer advanced debris removal on carpets. The mops in the L10S Ultra are not as effective in removing tough staining as the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

In spite of the L10S Ultra's numerous top-of-the-line features, it requires regular care and maintenance. Its base station has to be emptied, and the water and dust tanks should be cleaned, empty and dried regularly to avoid mildew and unpleasant odors. It is also important to remember that the mop pads, that are bought separately, are required to be replaced periodically too.

I would recommend the L10S Ultra to anyone with the funds. If you're on a budget, I would suggest a more rudimentary model that will allow you to save money while enjoying clean hands at your home. It's worth noting that even it's true that the L10S Ultra is the best robotic vacuum and mop combination you can purchase, its high purchase price and ongoing maintenance will eventually make it more of a desire than a necessity.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

If you're in search of a robot mop and vacuum that can remove dust and dirt on your hard floors, while cleaning up wet mess you should look no further than the Eufy S1 Pro. This powerful robovac and mop combo packs a strong suction power of 8,000 Pa and a huge battery capacity for both vacuuming and mowing and a top-of-the-line obstacle avoidance. It has a mop with a roller that cleans by itself, making it stand out from other models which require you to return to the base station to wash the mop pad.

The S1 Pro has a unique mopping system that is a departure from the spinning discs and microfibre pads of other robots. Its roller runs almost the entire width of the robot and is continuously filled with ozonated, clean water from its dock. The roller scrubs the floor while soaking up dirt. Dry debris is removed using the side brushes or swept away into the front bumper. The S1 Pro then dumps the dirty mop water into its base station which is then absorbed by the tank's heating elements before being is poured into a larger storage canister. The tank that is onboard holds a decent amount of water, and it can handle a half dozen mopping sessions before running dry.

The S1 Pro comes ready to use out of the package as do other robotic vacuums/mops. It will need to be filled with clean water, however this is easy to do within the cleaning dock. If you want to use your own cleaner you can include a cleaning solution to dock. If you choose this feature however, you'll need to buy the Eufy-branded cleaning solution, which is more costly than other robot brands, allowing users to select their own choice of cleaners.

auto vacuum cleaner performed well in the navigation efficiency and coverage tests, as did most robots. It was fast to map a room, and it was able to navigate through furniture. The only issue is that it was stuck a couple of times on carpets with longer piles and rugs during my testing however this could be rectified when the software is upgraded. The S1 Pro is an all-in-one robot that offers many functions at a affordable prices.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock's entry level mop and vacuum cleaner however it has some outstanding features. automatic vacuum emptying the robot's dirtbag and refilling its water tanks, as well as cleaning and sanitizing the mop pads is performed by the dock. The mopping system is able to sweep a large area before returning to its dock. The vacuum's extreme suction is perfect for picking up pet hair and other debris that accumulates on carpets.

The software that runs the appliance is quite dense, and offers a variety of options to customize the cleaning process. You can set it up manually to start an entire map and clear everything that's been mapped by the device, or you can pick specific rooms, expandable zones, or even a schedule you've set up. SmartPlan is one of the mopping options. It utilizes the sensors on the mops to map out the area and determine the most efficient way to clean it.

Like the other Roborock models we've evaluated The Qrevo is a great performer in our tests. Its navigation system is reliable, mapping rooms quickly and cleaning them in an organized fashion. The 'Normal' setting for pathing is excellent at covering a space, with no major gaps or missed areas. The Reactive Tech hazard avoidance system is also quite effective although it's not as advanced as the color camera system found on the Qrevo Master or the S8 Pro Ultra. It can detect the dangers of carpets that are thick but it might not always recognize smaller things like rug tassels, or electrical wires.

One of the biggest flaws of this device is the absence of a mop after vacuum option which could be an issue for those who do a lot of vacuuming before cleaning their robot. There's a good workaround: the app includes an option to "clean up" at the end of each session. This lets you use the mopping feature of the vacuum to get rid of the last remnants of debris and dust that are left behind by your vacuuming. This is a nice feature that lets this vacuum keep its cleanness a bit higher than its cheaper competitors.
