It's easy to maneuver and has an enormous basket that has plenty of storage. It can hold twins as young as birth and accommodate two car seats as well as a carrycot and seat. However, the seats have to be facing forwards, and there's no room for a shopping bag underneath and you'll need a backpack for that.

Mountain Buggy Duet will be an ideal choice when you love off-roading. It's a side by side with the smallest footprint of any double buggy on the market. This allows it to squeeze through doors that are narrow and on public transport, and also allows you to go up and down kerbs with no trouble. It also has a handbrake on the handlebar that can be adjusted for more security and safety.

Another option that is lightweight is the UPPAbaby Vista 2 Double, which can be used for twins or a toddler and a baby.
