Top Black Friday and Cyber Monday Robot Vacuum Deals

If you've always wanted to get a robot vacuum, now's your chance. CNET's top-rated models are on sale this Black Friday and Cyber Monday, with savings of up to 57%..

The Roborock Q7 Max offers strong pressure and smart mapping with apps-based no-go zones, and its 180-minute runtime is awe-inspiring. It also automatically replenishes and self-empties its water tank.

1. Roomba j7+ iRobot from iRobot.

The Roomba j7+, iRobot’s smartest robot to date, is the Roomba J7+. Its greatest innovation is a camera-based obstacle detection system that uses built-in AI to recognize objects like charging cords, shoes, and the dreaded pet waste the majority of other robots cannot avoid (and often go through). It's also the first to automatically send you a picture of an object it encounters so you can tell it to stay clear of it in the future.

The Combo J7+ is the best robot to mop we've ever tested, picking up dirt and spills with ease without leaving any trace that was there. The iRobot application makes it simple to control. You can schedule cleanings, and also create Keep Out Zones so that it doesn't sweep in areas you don't would like. It's also compatible with Alexa and Google Assistant, so you can turn it on and off with your voice.

Its design is also superior to the rest with a sleek top piece that appears more like a toy robotic than a loud, obnoxious one. The Clean Base Automatic Dirt Disposal System self-empties and is ideal to speed up cleaning.

In our tests, we observed that the j7+ quickly removed dust, dirt, and hair from pets. The counter-rotating rubber brushes kept the debris in its place instead of scattering it across the floor. It was able to collect small gravel, sand and even a bit of grit. The majority of robots cannot achieve this feat. It did without getting caught up in our pet's hair.

While it's not quite as sophisticated as the $1,217 Roomba s9+ Self-Emptying Vacuum, which isn't able to clean stairs The J7+ is an excellent option for those who need both mopping and a vacuum in their home. It's not too expensive, and the iRobot app makes it very user-friendly.

The iRobot Home App is easy to use, but we found it less reliable than other robotic cleaner applications. It can take a while to download updates and it is sometimes difficult to know whether they're working until you see them in action.

2. Roborock Q5+

If you want a robot vacuum cleaner that can do more than simply clean your floors A hybrid is the best option. These machines are equipped with a water tank, so they can vacuum and mop simultaneously. They also come with a variety of additional features, such as smart mapping, small obstacles avoidance and even the ability to wash and dry mopping pads. They're costly at full retail but often lower prices on Black Friday or Cyber Monday.

Roborock makes some of our favorite robotic vacuums, and the Q5+ doesn't perform to the standards. It's their cheapest auto-empty model. While it doesn't have certain features that are found on more expensive models (like no-go zones and multi-story memory) it's still a great choice if you're willing to sacrifice a bit to save hundreds of dollars.

The Q5+ is remarkably soft when it comes to obstacles like table legs and walls. This makes it an ideal option for homes with a lot of furniture. It's also extremely thorough in removing dust bunnies. This is a place where many cheaper robot vacuums aren't able to meet. The Q5+'s navigation system is top-quality, with a few misses along walls and in corners.

The Q5+, as with other Roborock products, can be controlled by only a few buttons on your device or via the Roborock App. The app allows you to start and stop cleaning. You can also set schedules, create virtual barriers and no-go zones and alter your home map, or re-label the rooms.

If you choose the Q5+ model, it comes with a brand new auto-emptying dock, designed to make this robot easier to maintain. Installing it requires a screwdriver but once in place, emptying the bin can be done without difficulty. It features a large LCD screen that is very useful for setting up schedules or adjusting settings. This isn't a necessary feature for the majority of people however it will assist you in keeping track of the intervals between maintenance for your robot effortlessly.

3. Narwal Freo X Ultra

The Freo X Ultra robot vacuum and mop is a smart well-rounded vacuum and mop. It's capable of vacuuming and mopping. Its design and features are some of the most advanced available - but it's also pricey.

It's a small base station that looks great and can be hidden when not in use. The station's main selling point is the fact that it automates a variety of tasks, functions and chores that other robots leave to you. It can store clean and dirty water, it electrolyzes and heats the water (which the majority of other robots require you to do) and empty the dust bin after vacuuming, and keeps your robot fully charged and clean.

Its vacuuming performance is also impressive. It's the only robot vacuum I've tried that does well at picking up dirt from floors that aren't. And it's not as loud as the more expensive Roomba 900 series or iRobot 980.

The Freo X Ultra is not free of faults, especially when it comes navigation. Its laser and LiDAR sensors aren't as reliable and reliable as other robovacs, which means it sometimes gets stuck or confused in certain rooms or corners of the home. It can't navigate stairs as well as competitors, for instance, and it doesn't have a dock that allows the user to set up a dedicated cleaning zone for carpets that are soft.

The Freo X Ultra robot vacuum and mop is an excellent option for those looking for a vacuum robot that can do everything.

If you're looking to save some cash or don't want to think about the limitations of this robot There are many other great choices available with a wide range of eufy models priced substantially less. The Eufy Qrevo curv, for instance, is cheaper however it comes with more features, including the ability to climb stairs and a full-function Dock, which provides a better overall vacuuming experience on plain floors carpets, low-pile carpets, and even high-pile carpets.

4. Eufy RoboVac G30

Eufy, an Anker company, has a track record of making robot vacuums that strike the right balance between performance, features and price. The G30 Hybrid is no different, offering a capable cleaning on hard floors and carpets and mopping function too at an affordable price point. It's easy to setup by snapping one of the side brushes on, turn it on, and plug it into the charging dock. The app will guide you through the steps required to connect your G30 to your Wi-Fi. You'll need to place the dock near a power outlet and ample space for it to move, however.

The G30 is a small device, measuring 2.85 inches in height, meaning it will be tucked away under couches and pieces of low-clearance furniture. Its design is more subtle in comparison to other models. It has a sleek black finish with three buttons that are physical for Auto Cleaning start/pause (which scrubs the area in a spiral pattern over two minutes), Recharge, and Spot Cleaner. You can also connect the G30 to Amazon Alexa or Google Home to conduct cleaning without a schedule using voice commands.

The most important aspect that makes the G30 apart from most competitors is the method it cleans. It uses an integrated map to make an image of the immovable objects in its path. It remembers the items it has cleaned and the areas it was unable to access. It automatically returns to the base to recharge and continues cleaning the area it left.

The elegant G30 isn't without faults, though. The iRobot Roomba is more durable and has lower monthly costs. It is faster to charge, has similar battery life and performs better on bare flooring or carpet with a low pile. It has a larger dust bin, which does not require the same amount of emptying. It also has boundary strips that keep it from certain areas. The G30 is cheaper and easier to maintain. Its smaller container means it doesn't need to be empty as often and it's less difficulty handling bulky products like cereal.
