Some Appliances and Inputs are staples, meaning they will not be available in the Shop or on rerolls while others will have a greater likelihood of appearing if an appropriate franchise card is selected at the Blueprint Desk. This is known as the Staple Pool, and the items contained in it will remain in that pool for the rest of the run.
