Top Black Friday and Cyber Monday Robot Vacuum Deals

Now is your chance to own a robot vacuum. CNET's top-rated models are on sale this Black Friday and Cyber Monday and can save you up to 57%..

The Roborock Q7 Max is a powerful robot that has smart mapping and app-based no-go zones. Its running time of 180 minutes is impressive. It also self-empties and refills its water tank.

1. Roomba j7+ from iRobot

The Roomba J7+, iRobot's most intelligent robot to date, is the Roomba j7+. Its biggest innovation is a camera-based obstacle detection system that makes use of built-in AI to detect objects like charging cords, shoes, and the dreaded pet waste that the majority of other robots cannot avoid (and often slough through). It's also the first to automatically send you a picture of the object it comes across so that you can tell it to avoid it in the future.

The Combo j7+ is also the best robot to mop we've ever tested, removing dirt and spills with ease while leaving no trace it was there. It's easy to control using the iRobot Home app which allows you to schedule cleaning times and set up Keep Out Zones so that it doesn't vacuum areas you do not want it to. It's compatible with Alexa or Google Assistant so you can start it and stop it using voice.

Its design is also a step above the competition, with a sleek top piece that appears more like a toy robotic than a loud, obnoxious one. And the Clean Base Automatic Dirt Disposal System automatically empty and is ideal to reduce the time spent cleaning.

In our tests the j7+ performed quick to pick up and remove dust, dirt and pet hair. The counter-rotating rubber brushes held the debris in its place instead of scattering it across the floor. It was able capture small gravel, sand and even a tiny bit of grit. The majority of robots cannot achieve this feat. It did all this without getting tangled in our pet's hair.

The j7+, although not as smart as the Roomba S9, which costs $1,217and Self-Emptying Vacuum Robot from iRobot, and it cannot clean the stairs, it's an option for those who require both mopping and a vacuum. It's not expensive and the iRobot App makes it simple to use.

While the iRobot Home app is very user-friendly however we've found it be less reliable than other applications that utilize robotic cleaners. It can take some time to download updates, and at times it's hard to determine if the update is actually working until you've seen it in the action.

2. Roborock Q5+

If you're looking for an automated vacuum cleaner that can do more than just clean floors, the best choice is probably one that is a hybrid. These machines are equipped with a water tank so they can vacuum and mop at the same time. They also have a range of additional features, including smart mapping, small obstacles avoidance, and even the capability to dry and wash mopping pads. The disadvantage is that they can be expensive when purchased at full retail price, but on Black Friday and Cyber Monday they often drop in price.

Roborock is one of our most loved robot vacuums, and the Q5+ isn't an exception. This is the least expensive model in their auto-empty line. While it may not include some of the expensive features (like no-go zones or multi-story memories) however, it's an excellent option for those who are willing to make some compromises to save a few dollars.

The Q5+ is extremely gentle when it comes down to obstacles like tables and walls. This makes it a great choice for homes that have lots of furniture. It's also extremely thorough in cleaning dust bunnies. This is an area that many robot vacuums that are less expensive fall short. The Q5+'s navigation system is superb, with only a few mishaps along walls or in corners.

Like other Roborock devices as well, the Q5+ can be controlled by a handful of buttons on the device itself or through the Roborock app. The app allows you to start and stop cleaning. You can also set up schedules, create virtual barriers and no-go areas, alter your home map, or re-label rooms.

If you select the Q5+ it comes with a brand new auto-emptying dock that's designed to make the robot easier to maintain. It requires a screwdriver for install, but once it's in place the process of emptying the bin is relatively easy. It also has a large LCD display that is great to have when you're setting up schedules or adjusting settings. This feature isn't necessary for most people however it can help you easily keep the robot's maintenance schedules.

3. Narwal Freo X Ultra

The Freo X Ultra is a well-rounded robot mop and vacuum that's incredibly clever in its vacuuming and mopping capabilities. Its design and function are among the most advanced available - but it's also pricey.

It is a relatively small base station that looks stunning and is able to be concealed when not in use. But the station's main selling factor is its ability to automate many tasks and functions that most other robots leave up to you. It can store dirty and clean water and also electrolyze and warm the water. Most other robovacs will require this.

Its vacuuming is also impressive. cleaning robots 's the only robot vacuum I've tried that does a good job picking up debris from bare floors. And robot vacuum cleaner for sale 's not as loud as the expensive Roomba 900 series or iRobot 980.

The Freo X Ultra is not without faults, particularly in the area of navigation. Its LiDAR sensors and laser sensors aren't as reliable as other robot vacuums. This means it could get stuck or get confused in certain corners or rooms in the house. It's not able navigate stairs as well as competitors, for instance and doesn't come with a dock that allows you to set up an exclusive cleaning zone for carpets that are soft.

Although it doesn't provide the same amount of cleaning options available in its app or as many in-app shortcuts as other robovacs, the Freo X Ultra is still an excellent choice for anyone looking for a comprehensive mop and robot vacuum that's worth the higher price price.

However, if you're looking to save some money, or just don't care about the limitations of this robotic there are many other great choices available, including a lot of eufy models priced substantially less. The Eufy Qrevo Curv, for instance, is cheaper and offers an identical experience on the app with additional features such as the ability to climb stairs, a full-function dock, and better overall performance when vacuuming floors and low and high-pile carpets.

4. eufy RoboVac G30

eufy, an Anker company, has a track record of producing robot vacuums that strike a good balance between performance, features and price. The G30 Hybrid offers a powerful cleaning power for hard and carpeted floors, as well as mopping functions for a low cost. It's simple to set up by snapping one of the side brushes on, switch it on, and plug it into the charging dock. The app takes you through several steps to connect it to Wi-Fi. After that, the G30 is ready to go. You'll need to place the dock near an electrical outlet and enough space to allow it to move around but.

The G30 is tiny, 2.85 inches tall to be precise and can be placed under couches and other furniture with a low clearance. Its design is a little less flashy than some of the rival models, sporting a sleek black finish and three buttons that are physical that control Auto Cleaning, which can be paused or started. Recharge and Spot Cleaning (which cleans the area in a spiral pattern for two minutes). You can also connect the G30 to Amazon Alexa or Google Home to perform cleaning that is not scheduled using voice commands.

The way that the G30 cleans is what differentiates it from its competitors. It uses a built-in map to create an image of non-movable objects that are in its path and then keeps track of what it has already cleaned and where it can't access. It then returns to the base to recharge and continues cleaning the area it left.

robot vacuum cleaner for sale has some flaws. The iRobot Roomba is better built and has lower monthly costs. It is faster to charge, has a similar battery life, and performs better on bare carpet or floors with low pile. It also has a larger dust bin that doesn't need to be empty as often and comes with a set of boundary strips to keep it away from certain areas. The G30 is less expensive and easier to maintain. Its smaller dust container doesn't require as frequent emptying and is less prone to suffocating heavy materials such as cereal.
