Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop

Robotic vacuum cleaners and mops are the most efficient way to quickly clean up mess. The best robot vacs and mops that I have tested are top-quality in navigation and mapping, picking up Cheerios as well as tangled wires, and fake dog turds without leaving them behind.

You can also schedule cleaning chores through an app and monitor their progress.

1. Roborock S8 maxV Ultra

If you're looking for the best robot vacuum and mop combination with bleeding-edge features take a look at the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra. This high-end model is incredibly swift and agile and can pick up dirt such as pet hair and human hair almost perfectly in our Debris Pickup Test. It comes with a sleek application interface with a miniature map of your home and buttons on the screen for manual control.

Another notable characteristic of the S8 is its ability to adjust its cleaning mode according to dirt levels, thanks to its Dirt Detection Technology. It will stop and wash its mopping pad more frequently when it comes across dust, while prioritizing carpeted areas for mopping with a damp pad.

It comes with a range of other smart features as well, including a different dock that connects to the plumbing in your home to clean and wash the mop without requiring refilling it manually. With the built-in voice assistant in the S8 it is possible to use voice commands to set the cleaning mode of your room and provide the ability to control granular settings using only your voice.

2. Yeedi Cube

The Yeedi Cube offers a variety of options for those who want a hands-free robot vacuum that can also mop. It's part of a litany of robot vacuums that also include mops but comes at a lower cost than many of the competitors.

Like many robovacs Yeedi Cube requires a little bit of work in order to start, including setting up an account with the manufacturer's app and connecting it to your WiFi network. Once that's done, the robot can start vacuuming and mopping with ease.

It's important to note that mapping takes some time and may require a few attempts before the Yeedi Cube has an accurate image of your space. The object detection is hit-and-miss. It was able to skirt around furniture and other obstacles but it was stuck on a rug with tassels and required a flip to free itself. However, these aren't major issues and the Yeedi Cube is still a great option for those who want an all-in-one solution for cleaning.

3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete

The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete is a three-in-one home cleaning solution. Its innovative mopping system uses an alternating motion that's similar to hand scrubs. This means that floors are cleaned and not just cleaned. The detachable vacuum stick is a game changer that can get to places robot vacuums can't.

The model is basically identical to the popular X2 Omni, but with an increased suction power of 8700Pa, and a few additional smart features. The upgraded RGBD sensor is able to learn your home's layout better and provide dynamic obstacle avoidance. The smart app lets you customize the settings of your choice, including scheduling, AI cleanings, and setting virtual boundaries.

The X2 Combo also has self-preparation. Both the robot vacuum and mop return to their charging station at the end of each job to clean their pads and empty the dust bins and place debris in the self-sealing bag. This helps keep the system clean and prevents allergens from returning to the system. The battery's life is enough to clean large areas without needing the battery to be charged mid-clean.

4. Eufy S1 Pro

The Eufy S1 Pro is a high-end robot vacuum and mop model that comes with impressive features at a reasonable price. It has a strong 8,000 Pa suction power, a rotating brush for hard and carpet floors and an excellent obstacles-avoiding. It also boasts a unique mopping system, which utilizes a continuous roller doused with water to pull dirt and place it in the dirty water tank.

Its navigation technology was effective and was able to navigate close to walls without falling and avoiding steps. It struggled with small particles and did not always clear the thresholds in rooms. The operating level of the sound is also high, so this model might not be as simple to set and forget as the other models.

As with most robotic vacuums and mop cleaners, the S1 Pro comes with a docking station that allows you to replenish its clean water and empty its dust bin and mop pad, and wash and dry its mop. This makes upkeep easy and helps the S1 Pro to spend more time cleaning floors on an ongoing basis. You can control all its functions via the Eufy app, which provides an overview of the system and plenty of options for configuration.

5. Freo X Ultra

The Freo X Ultra robot vacuum/mower is among the top mowers and vacuums on the market. It delivers impressive results in mopping and vacuuming. Its LIDAR mapping sensor can detect furniture legs and other obstacles with decent accuracy, and the app lets users fine-tune coverage of the map, define zones that are not allowed to enter, and set cleaning preferences. The main roller brush is also designed to stop hair from wrapping around it, which could be an issue for many robotic vacuums.

linked internet site impresses, with Reuleaux triangular mop heads that spin at 180 RPM while applying up to 12N downward pressure. The mopping system has smart carpet detectors, which lift these pads up when they're near soft surfaces in order to prevent contamination.

The docking station acts as a hands-free maintenance centre that automatically washes and dries the mops and refills them with detergent and distillate water. The base station features an integrated dust-processing system that compacts dust and allows seven weeks of maintenance free operation.

6. S10

A few hundred dollars more than the S8, this robot is a slick job of keeping my home office tidy and is able to tackle the corners of my cramped apartment. It uses a laser mapping system and camera to create a 3D model of your home so that it can know what to stay clear of. It has an object/obstacle detector that can block things like dog bowls and toys (but not the poop) unlike most vacuums.

Other amazing features include a self emptying dustbin as well as a mop that's self-washing and adjustable for water temperature and a side-reaching brush that can reach areas that other mops miss. You can also set up cleaning schedules in the app and set custom the settings for each room in your home.

Like the S8 model, it comes with multi-room smart mapping that can differentiate between laminate, carpets and hardwood with high-pile rugs. It can also skip mopping rooms that are not filthy if you're trying to save time. If you have several types of flooring in your house and don't wish to spend more money on a Roborock that has advanced mapping capabilities it is a great choice.

7. Q5 Pro

If you're looking to find a multi-functional robot vacuum and mop that is able to handle both regular daily maintenance as well as touch-ups to wet messes, this robot is a great choice. It has a wide range of features, including the ability to empty the dustbin on its own and a separate water refill dock, and adjustable settings in the app. It's surprisingly quiet, and it can navigate around furniture legs and socks with ease. It's not able to remove the tangled tassels of rugs and its battery drains a little more quickly than other models we tested in our tests.

The Q5 Pro, with a price of less than $250, is a powerhouse that offers a powerful suction and convenient automation in a sleek. It wasn't as efficient as the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra in our tests of vacuuming however, it performed quite well. It has a variety of cleaning modes, ranging from the low-power 'Quiet mode for light debris to the powerful Turbo mode for carpeted areas. It also has the capability to automatically remove and replace its mop pads, without getting your carpets wet.

8. K10 Plus

The K10 Plus is an excellent robot mop and vacuum cleaner that can be used in small spaces. It's extremely fast and quiet, and it can navigate tight spaces well. It is also very good at removing pet hair from carpets.

It's smaller than many of its competitors, but it doesn't sacrifice features. It has a decent suction capacity and can be programmed to take pictures of each object it picks (i.e. chew toys socks, chew toys), and mark them in the app as 'not located', so that they are not removed in future cleanings. The photos are secured and aren't tied to your account.

It's great at vacuuming, but not as well in mopping. It uses disposable wet wipes that you clip onto the bottom of the bot and it essentially drags them around the floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra or Narwhal with water reservoirs and will automatically wash and attach their mophead.
