Colombian Medium Roast Coffee

Chime or dinner.

In our case, as the photo above suggests, we try this coffee before and after sweeping a delicious chocolate.

As always, we landed the beans immediately before the elaboration. Once you have prepared, we left the coffee to cool for a few minutes before you debit.

We tested coffee before and after a taste of chocolate, to see if the cafe claim of the king's row remained true for us.

Here is what we find ...

Colombian Medium Roast Coffee

This is a very well balanced coffee. It has a full mouth feel and is very soft. I doubt call him bold, but he's almost there. It has a touch of acidity, balanced by a natural sweetness with a touch of caramel.

Then, each one ate a square of chocolate, and ...

Well, we did not find a big difference, but I had not expected. What we did notice, and like, it was a greater brightness for coffee. The sweetness of chocolate somehow took out a new vitality in the cafe. Very pretty.

Next time we will have to perform the same taste test

With something tasty.

This was an interesting experience for us. We had never experienced before combining a coffee with a specific food.

This is our third revision of the coffee mix of a row of the king.

The first was his signs of Shelton and the second was his Boonbon mixture.

As you can remember, King's Row does things a little different. They create mixtures of coffee that adapt to particular taste environments, under the watchful eye of the founder Craig Shelton, a famous and award-winning chef.

That could mean creating a mix that is perfect with dessert after dinner, a mix that has its taller altitudes flavor, or a mix that compensates for the brine in the air when you are on the beach.

This last challenge is the focus of today's review of the coastal mix.

The coastal mixture has been created to relieve the way the brine in the air numbers the palate slightly and has a often undesirable salt. A little salinity in the air can work well if you are eating fish in a courtyard facing the sea, but not so well with your morning coffee.

Unfortunately, the budget of coffee detective reviews does not work

Oh flying to the coast and taste this coffee with the toes in the sand. Pity!

For the purposes of this review, we will give you an internal review and we will judge it in your merits as a high-end coffee.

As always, we land the beans before processing, and we prepare the coffee in our reliable Bonavita Drip Brewer. We always use Brewer himself for our reviews for a couple of reasons. First, we trust the Bonavita to make a great cup of coffee. Two, we are being righteous for every coffee we try because the beer is consistent each time.

ok, now for tasting.

Your 5-step guide to make a great coffee

First of all, there is definitely something unusual that is happening here with this coastal mix. There are not two sips in the same way. Once, the first sensation was citrus, and then with the next sip, the citrus fruits came out as a aftertaste. More unusual.

Anyway, whatever the sequence, this is a medium bold coffee. It is not too light and not too dark. Yes, you get that feeling of citrus fruits. But the dominant taste comes

I would imagine and I hope the restaurants listen to this coffee and serve it with their meals. Goodness knows that most restaurants need their game when it comes to coffee, but that is a completely different story.
