Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop

If you're looking to tidy up mess fast then a robot vacuum and mop is the way to go. The best robot vacuums and mops in my tests have top-notch mapping and navigation and are able to pick up Cheerios wires, tangled wires and fake dog turds with out leaving them behind.

They're also user-friendly with an application that lets you plan cleaning tasks and check on how they're doing.

1. Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra

The Roborock S8 MaxV is the best robot mop and vacuum combination. It has the latest features. This top-of-the-line vacuum is fast and agile and was able to pick up pet hair and human dander almost flawlessly in our Debris Pickup Test. automatic vacuum has a sleek app interface with a miniature map of your home and buttons on the screen to allow manual control.

The S8's Dirt Detection Technology enables it to alter the cleaning mode according to dirt levels. It will stop and clean its mopping pad more frequently when it encounters dust, while it will prioritize carpeted areas to mop with a damp pad.

The mop roller comes with many other smart features, including a dock that connects to your home's plumbing system to clean and wash it without having to manually refill the mop. With the built-in voice assistant in the S8 you can make use of voice commands to specify the cleaning mode of your room and provide the ability to control granular settings using only your voice.

2. Yeedi Cube

The Yeedi Cube offers a variety of options for those looking for a hands-free robot vacuum that can also mop. It's part of a litany of robot vacuums with combo features with mops, but comes at a cheaper price than many of the competitors.

As with most robovacs the Yeedi Cube also requires some work to get it started. This involves setting up an app account and connecting the device to your WiFi network. Once that's done the robot can begin vacuuming and mopping with ease.

It's worth noting that mapping takes quite a while, and it may require a few attempts before the Yeedi Cube has an accurate view of your space. In addition the detection of objects can be hit or miss It was able to get around furniture and other obstacles but was stuck on a looser tassel and had to flip it over to get free. These are minor flaws and the Yeedi Cube remains a great option for those looking for a cleaning companion that does everything.

3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete

The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete is a home cleaning solution. Its innovative mopping feature the ability to rotate in a manner like hand scrubbing which results in floors that are genuinely cleaned, not just being swept. The vacuum stick that can be detached is an absolute game changer that can get to places robot vacuums cannot.

This model is essentially the same as the popular X2 Omni, but with an increased suction power of 8700Pa, and a few additional clever features. The upgraded RGBD sensor can learn your home better and offer dynamic obstacle avoidance. The app's smart features allow you to customize a number of settings, including AI cleaning and virtual boundaries.

The X2 Combo also has self-preparation. Both the robot vacuum and mop return to their charging base at the end of each task to clean their pads, empty the dust bins, and place the debris into the self-sealing bag. This helps to keep the system tidy and stops allergens from circulating. Its battery life is sufficient to remove large areas without the need for a charge mid-clean.

4. Eufy S1 Pro

The Eufy S1 Pro is a top-quality robot vacuum and mop model that offers impressive features at a reasonable price. It has powerful 8,000 Pa suction, a rotary floor brush for carpets, and an excellent obstacle-avoiding. It also has an unique mopping method which uses a rolling device that is continuously sprayed with water to collect dirt and deposit it into the dirty water tank.

Its navigation system was efficient. It stayed clear of stairs and navigated close to walls without falling. It had trouble with small particles and did not always clear the thresholds in rooms. Its operating noise level is also high, so this model may not be as simple to set and forget as others.

As with most robotic vacuums and mops, the S1 Pro comes with a docking station that allows you to replenish its clean water, empty its dustbin and mop pad, and wash and dry its mop. This makes maintenance easy and helps the S1 Pro to spend more time cleaning floors in an ongoing basis. Eufy's app lets you manage all the functions. It gives clear information and plenty of configuration options.

5. Freo X Ultra

The Freo X Ultra robot vacuum/mower is among the top mowers and vacuums that are available. It delivers impressive results in mopping and vacuuming. The LIDAR mapping sensors can recognize furniture legs, obstacles and other obstacles with reasonable precision. The app lets users fine-tune the coverage of the map, create no-go zones, or alter the cleaning preferences. The Freo's roller brush is specifically designed to prevent hair from wrapping itself around it. This can be an issue for many robotic vacuums.

The Mop Mode is impressive too, with Reuleaux triangular mops that spin at 180 RPM and exert up to 12N of downward pressure. The mopping system also incorporates smart carpet detection, lifting these pads upwards when they're close to soft surfaces to avoid contaminating them with.

The docking station that is all-in-one functions as a hands-free maintenance center which is capable of automatically drying and washing the mops before refilling them with detergent and water. The base station also comes with integrated dust processing that compacts dust for 7 weeks of hassle-free operation unlike conventional robot vacuums which empty their dust bins each time they are emptied.

6. S10

A few hundred dollars more than the S8, this robot does a bang-up job of keeping my office tidy and is able to tackle the corners of my tight apartment. It makes use of laser mapping and a camera to create an image of your area, so it knows where to stay away from. It also has a detector for objects and obstructions that can block things like dog bowls and toys (but not poop), unlike many vacuums.

It has other great highlights, such as the self-emptying dustbin, a mop pad that's self-washing and adjustable to the temperature of the water and a side-reaching brush that can reach places that other mops can't reach. You can also set up cleaning schedules within the app and adjust settings for every room in your home.

It has the same multi-room smart mapping feature as the S8 and is able to distinguish between carpets and laminate with high-pile carpets. It can also avoid cleaning rooms that aren't dirty if you're looking to save time. It's a great choice when you have a mix of flooring in your home but aren't looking to spend the money to buy the Roborock with advanced mapping features.

7. Q5 Pro

This robot is an excellent choice to consider if you're looking for a versatile robot that can perform regular daily maintenance and touch-ups to wet messes. It has a range of features that include a self-emptying dustbin as well as a dock that can be used to refill water, and customizable settings via the app. It's extremely quiet and can navigate between furniture legs and socks effortlessly. It's not able to take care of tangled rug tassels and its battery drains more quickly than other models we tested in our tests.

With a cost of less than $250, the Q5 Pro is a bargain-friendly device that packs powerful suction and a handy automation into a slick design. It didn't perform as well in our mopping and mopping tests as the much pricier Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra however it performed very well overall. It has a range of cleaning options, ranging from the low-power 'Quiet mode' for light debris to the more powerful 'Turbo mode' for carpeted areas. It will even automatically remove and reattach the mop pads, without getting your carpets soaked.

8. K10 Plus

The K10 Plus is a great two-in-one robot vacuum and mop for those who live in cramped spaces. It's very quiet and fast, and it does a good job of maneuvering around tight spaces. It also does a nice job of getting pet hair off carpeting.

It's smaller than many of its competitors however, it doesn't compromise any features. It has good suction power and can be configured to take photos of each object it chooses (i.e. chew toys socks, chew toys), and mark them in the app as 'not located' so that they won't be removed in future cleanings. The photos are secure, and aren't tied to your account.

It's great for vacuuming, but it's not so good in mopping. It uses disposable wet wipes you clip onto the bottom of the bot, and it basically drags them around the floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra and Narwhal, which have water reservoirs that can automatically wash and reattach their mophead.
