Instructions:

1. Pinch zoom in to the top of the page
2. Pan so the dynamic toolbar retracts
3. Pinch zoom out or pan to the bottom of the page

While the dynamic toolbar is retracted, PASS if the area exposed below the toolbar is green, FAIL if a red or white stripe appears.
