Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combos

Robot vacuums and mop are getting more efficient. They have passed our tests for cleaning, and can take care of various flooring. Choose models that allow users to select between different modes, self-empty and clean stairs.

Many of the best models work with smartphones. Look for an app that lets you save maps, set schedules and select cleaning modes.

1. Eufy Omni S1 Pro

The gloss black and gunmetal Omni S1 Pro from Eufy is one of most impressive mop and robot vacuum combos available. It uses lidar to navigate, and create maps of rooms and floors (even multiple levels) and integrates with the free Eufy Clean app that lets you set up schedules and modify the S1's behavior.

The S1 was capable of mapping my downstairs quickly, which has flooring in the kitchen, dining area and bathrooms and a carpet in the middle and a large area. It was able to drive close to walls and even cross thresholds that are raised without issue. However it had some issues getting down the stairs in one step. The S1 also did a great job cleaning hard floors, with its mop driving effortlessly on its flat side against the floor and lifting itself when it reached carpet or rugs.

The docking station on the S1 automatically empties its trash bin and fills its onboard water tank with clean, ozonated water before each mopping session. The dock adds a deep-cleaning solution for the water. The S1 water tank can hold enough for 12 mopping sessions, however this will differ based on how often you use the mop.

Like all 2-in-1 robots the S1 requires periodic maintenance to ensure it is operating efficiently. To do this, you'll need to rinse out the dirty water tank occasionally to prevent it from clogging. Also, you'll need to clean the swivel wheel and sensors regularly to prevent them from getting clogged by dirt or dust. However, overall, the S1 is easy to maintain, especially compared to other combos that require more hands-on maintenance.

2. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete

Ecovacs all-in-one robotic vacuum and mop provides an effective solution for your cleaning requirements. The robot vacuum is rated at 8700Pa of suction and comes with a number of innovative features, including full home mapping, voice control and smart path-planning that avoids obstructions and cleans furniture. Its mopping capability is impressive, with rotating mops that actually lift and scrub the floor rather than simply dragging the pad across it. Mops can also be cleaned and dried at the base station when required.

This robot combination is simple to set up and use, with a clear interface that walks you through the process. It also includes a hand vacuum that can be used to clean those hard-to reach areas that the robot cannot reach. There are also two water tanks that are automatically emptied or refilled. It also has a range of useful settings for fine-tuning your cleaning preferences.

The Deebot X2 Combo Complete is a great vacuum cleaner. It has a strong suction that can effortlessly remove dust and debris that other robots have difficulty with. Its navigation capabilities are quite good, though it can get stuck on small mats and rugs in my home (which you can alleviate by creating virtual boundaries in the app). Mopping capabilities are excellent with a pair of spinning mops which can lift and scrub the floor, rather than just moving the pad across it. The mops are also cleaned using heated water and dried in the base station when needed. The mops are also filled from the top of the base station when required.

3. Dreame X40 Ultra

Dreame's X30 Ultra robot vacuum and mop was released earlier this year. But their latest flagship model has even more impressive features. It has fantastic cleaning results and is easy to maintain. This makes it a worthy contender for our list of the best robot vacuums and mop. Its superior mapping capabilities, RGB AI smart recognition and a longer side brush ensure a thorough, custom-designed clean.

The X40 Ultra does an excellent job of vacuuming, picking up fine and large debris from both hard floors and carpets. It also cleaned our tests' most soiled areas efficiently, while eliminating pet hairs that are tangled and other dirt. The sweeping capabilities are augmented by a side brush that extends to reach hard-to-reach corners, and an extending mop pad that deploys alongside baseboards.

best robot cleaner www.robotvacuummops.uk is intelligent, navigating small spaces and negotiating stairways without stepping back. It can move from one room to the next without having to change direction. This is beneficial for large homes with multiple rooms. Its obstacle avoidance system is less advanced than some competitors, and leaves a huge margin around obstacles. This can result in missing spots.

The app features a simple and intuitive interface that will be user-friendly for both new and experienced users. The app lets you schedule and manage cleanings, alter the suction power and mopping settings, view 2D and 3D maps, and much more. It can be controlled through the app, Alexa, Google Assistant or Siri and allows you to keep an eye on its progress from anywhere. You can also remotely control the X40 Ultra camera for real-time monitoring. You will require a stable WiFi connection to run the app and external controls.

4. Roomba Q5 Pro

A robot vacuum does an excellent job of removing debris and dirt, but it can't always be able to reach every bit of dust. It's important to vacuum often, at least once a week. This is especially true for dust that collects in corners, on shelves, and in the crevices of your couch. Roborock's Q5 Pro, a 2-in-1 robot that vacuums as well as mops, is designed to do just that. It is simple to connect it to your WiFI network at home and works with Alexa or Apple Siri.

The Q5 is a stripped down version of the more expensive models in the S-series from the company, including the flagship Roborock S8 maxV ultra. It uses the same LIDAR mapping sensors, however it's cheaper since it does not have mopping capabilities, and also has plastic body.

The Q5 is one of the most powerful vacuums and mopping robots we've ever seen in this price range even though it's not able to clean your floor. It's got a powerful suction power of 5500Pa and an auto-empty system so you don't have to empty the bin manually every time. It also comes with a smart app that lets you select the type of floor and schedule cleanings, as well as an automatic refill of the water tank and wash system to allow hands-free operation.

Its mops are also awe-inspiring with 2700Pa of power to take on dirt, dust, and pet hair on both carpets and hard floors. The Q5 is one of the few robots we tested that didn't have any issues with high-pile carpets or area rugs, but it couldn't remove cat litter or cable tangles that's not a surprise considering it doesn't include AI-powered obstacle avoidance.

5. K10 Plus

K10 Plus is the quietest robovac we have ever tested. It also features a unique mapping system that helps it reach tight spaces and corners that other vacuums are unable to. This device also stores dust in a larger bin that means you have empty it less frequently. It also has washable filters which further reduces costs. The robot is also able to detect carpets and increase suction if required. The app allows you to mark areas that you want it to avoid this is a useful feature.
