After beginning my Real Estate career at Nest Seekers, I have made the jump to Compass! As most of you know, I spent close to 10 years in the music industry before I got into Real Estate. Even if you've never worked a day in the music industry, you know that music is a vertical that never exactly embraced technology until it was way too late (i.e. Napster). So as I was looking to make my next move after Nest Seekers, I looked at other brokerages and to see who was ahead of the curve. Within minutes of walking in the door here I was blown away with the dedicated product and engineering teams that Compass has developed to focus on the creation of a proprietary suite of tools that allow me to communicate with clients, price properties, market listings, and reach buyers more efficiently and effectively than ever. I was so impressed I even left the meeting a little angry at how I felt like I had been handicapped in my career never having had access to these tools. |

I'm used to being surrounded by tattooed musicians who do weird and more often than not, questionable things. So coming to a company that would allow my unique perspective on life, business and relationships building was an integral part of my decision. Compass doesn't operate in the way normal brokerages do and don't view companies like Nest Seekers, Douglas Elliman or Corcoran as competition. They view the technology companies of StreetEasy, Trulia and Zillow as their main competitors and to be a part of a grassroots movement like that is incredibly exciting. Plus there are DOZENS OF OFFICE DOGS! |

My past life as a marketer has made me incredibly jaded about the tools, backend and support that companies promise to deliver on. Compass not only delivers, but it offers the tools, designers, strategists, and producers from the world’s foremost creative companies that are the talent that drive the Compass brand. Its exciting to be a part of a company who puts as much focus and effort into not just an overall company brand, but into each individual agents and their inventory. |
