The cocoa from Latin America is used to smooth out the brew while Africa provides citrus notes to balance. The result is a drink that is delicious by itself, or paired with cake or milk chocolate. It's a perfect match for vanilla cakes with lemon drizzle and lemon sponges.

We recommend using the French Press method to brew this coffee. Heating your vessel by adding some water that has just been boiled will keep it warm. After the brewing process, let the coffee infuse for 4 minutes. This ensures that all the grounds have been filled with water and are not being over-extracted. The water should then be moved through the grounds using the plunger. Do not stir or agitate the coffee, as this could cause unpleasant elements to enter your cup.

Strength - 3, soft and easy going, great for relaxing at the weekend.

Stores

Lazy Sunday is a mellow light roast with the sweet, citrus and cocoa smell.
